Delivery policy
How and when Mahatosoft delivers work, what a delivery includes, and what happens when a date is at risk.

1. What we deliver
We supply digital services and digital deliverables. Nothing is shipped physically, so delivery means handing over working software, files and access — usually on a staging URL first, then on your live environment.
2. Typical timelines
Every scope document names dates. As a general guide:
- Fixes and small tasks: started the same day, usually delivered within 24 hours
- Landing pages: four to seven days
- WordPress or e-commerce sites: one to three weeks
- React and Node.js applications: three to eight weeks
- Security recovery: emergency start, typically resolved in one to three days
3. How delivery happens
Work is built on a staging environment you can open at any time. At the end of each stage we send a short demo note and a link, and you confirm before we continue.
Final delivery includes deployment to your environment, a redirect map where URLs have changed, analytics verification, and a handover document with credentials and instructions. Where relevant we run a short training call.
4. What you receive
On final payment you receive everything needed to run and continue the work without us:
- Source code and the repository, or a full archive
- Design files where design was in scope
- All credentials created for the project
- A written handover document covering deployment and maintenance
5. Delays
If a date is at risk we tell you as soon as we know, not on the due date. We will say what caused it, what the new date is and what we are doing to recover it.
The most common cause of delay is waiting for content, feedback or access. Where a timeline slips for that reason, the delivery date moves by the same number of days.
6. Emergency work
Outages, hacked sites and broken checkouts jump ahead of scheduled work, around the clock. Median first response on an emergency request is four hours; we will give you a realistic resolution estimate in that first reply rather than a hopeful one.
7. Acceptance
After delivery you have seven days to review against the scope and raise anything that does not match. We fix those at no cost. After seven days the delivery is considered accepted, and further changes are quoted as new work or covered by a maintenance plan.
This document is written in plain English rather than legal boilerplate. It describes how we actually work. If your organisation needs these terms in a specific contractual form, email us and we will work from your template.
