Nearly every emergency we take has the same shape: something worked on Friday and does not work on Monday, and nobody is sure what changed. The fix is rarely the hard part — finding the cause is.

So we always diagnose before we touch anything. You get told what broke and why, in plain language, before we start charging for the repair. If we cannot find it, you do not pay.

Platinum includes a short note on how to avoid the same failure, because the same three causes account for most of what we see.
