A migration that goes wrong is almost never about the files. It is a missed redirect, an MX record left pointing at the old server, or a TTL nobody lowered — so mail vanishes for a day and nobody knows why.

We move the site to the new host first and test it there privately. Only when it is verified do we change DNS, with TTLs lowered in advance so any problem is reversible in minutes.

Old URLs are mapped to new ones before the switch, so your search rankings travel with you.

Common questions

No. The site runs on the old host until the new one is verified, and DNS propagation overlaps the two — visitors reach one or the other throughout.

It is the part we check first. If mail is on the same host as the site, we plan its move explicitly, and we never change MX records without telling you the window.

Not with a redirect map in place, which the Gold and Platinum packages include. Expect a brief wobble for a fortnight, then recovery.
