Mahatosoft is a web design and software development studio in Rajshahi, Bangladesh. Since 2018 we have built, rebuilt and rescued websites for founders, marketing teams and other agencies across three continents — and the work still arrives the same two ways: someone needs a site built properly, or needs one saved before Monday.

Our story
Eight years of doing it the unglamorous way
Mahatosoft started in 2018 as one developer taking the jobs other people turned down: half-finished themes, hacked installs, sites that looked fine on a desktop and fell apart on a phone. Nobody builds a portfolio out of that work — but it teaches you how websites actually break, and that turned out to be the most useful thing we know.
Word travelled. The queue grew from fixes to full builds, then to e-commerce, then to applications with real logic behind them. Today we are four people covering development, design and marketing, working with clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany and across Asia.
We have stayed deliberately small. It means you talk to the person writing your code, a decision takes an afternoon rather than a sprint, and nobody is incentivised to stretch your project to fill a team. It also means we say no to work we would do badly — and tell you who to call instead.

Four commitments we do not negotiate
These are not values on a wall. Each one changes something concrete about what you receive.
You own everything
On final payment the repository, credentials, design files and documentation are yours. No licence hooks, no hosting lock-in, nothing that makes leaving us expensive.
Revisions until it is right
Unlimited revisions inside the agreed scope. If the delivered work does not match what we promised and we cannot fix it, you get your money back.
Someone answers
Support runs around the clock, and outages or hacked sites jump ahead of scheduled work. Median first response on an emergency is four hours.

WordPress and front-end work are where we have the deepest mileage — eight years of it, including the repairs. Modern JavaScript is where most of our new work sits, and it is the lane we invest in hardest.
Native mobile apps, machine learning and enterprise integrations we do not take on. When a brief needs them, we say so on the first call and point you somewhere better. That is not modesty; it is the reason our review score has not moved.
