Core Web Vitals work measured on real devices, not just a lab score.
A perfect lab score on a fast connection tells you very little. What matters is Largest Contentful Paint and Interaction to Next Paint on the devices your visitors actually hold.
So we measure first, fix in order of impact, and measure again. Usually the biggest wins are unglamorous: oversized hero images, a slider plugin nobody uses, and a database full of years of revisions.
